The school was funded 18th of February 2013 in second term 2013 / 2014 session with only two pupils. By the end of that session, we had 13 pupils on the admission register. Cedar Beam School was established in response to a passion for kids and their all-round care by Mrs. Flora Samson, a passionate lover of children qualified and seasoned educationist.
The name of the school was derived from the Cedar of Lebanon in 1st kings 7 verse 2 most valuable tree in bible days. The cedar beams were used to construct the king’s palace, court room and the temple. The cedar represents the enduring strength and everlasting quality of the cedar make it a choice for the building of prominent monument like ancient palace and temple. This represents leadership, royalty and spirituality. The cedar Beam kids are future leaders of our great Nation Nigeria, they are future kings and queens as the motor of the reads: THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT. The future is bright for every Cedar Beam kids. Cedar Beam school is located at House 5, road 6, Adebisi Layout, Marian Court NNPC Apata, Ibadan, Oyo State.
